Who We Are Looking For
We hire certified, compassionate professionals who are committed to delivering excellence in every care setting.
Registered Nurse (RN)
CNO registration, RN degree or diploma, and current First Aid/CPR certification.
Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
CNO registration, RPN diploma, and current First Aid/CPR certification.
Personal Support Worker (PSW)
PSW certificate from an accredited institution, plus current First Aid/CPR.
Health Care Aide (HCA)
HCA certificate and traceable experience in related fields
Community Support Worker
DSW/SSW or CSW certificate, relevant community experience
Child Youth / Dev. Service Worker
CYW or DSW diploma, experience with vulnerable populations

What You Need to Register
Upon joining AAD Services, employees must provide the following documents within one month.
- Police Clearance Certificate
- Medical Report of fitness from a Physician
- Signed Confidentiality Statement (on hire)
- Verifiable reference checks
